Let’s try,

Bird A: I agree with Black Duck
Bird B: American Coot, because of the short, rounded shape, the dark grey colour, white tipped secondaries and the long tertials.
Bird C: A Bald Eagle indeed, what a find!

PS: I haven’t figured out the woodpecker skull you mailed me about yet, but I’ll get back to you about that one within a couple of days.
