Bird B: Found by Linda McCallum in Massachusetts on March 19.

Other Dead Thing: Found by Barbara and Charlie Grunden on April 9.

The stripes on the raptor are making me think peregrine falcon. And from the width of the beak relative to the skull, maybe the second is a wood stork?
The last one could be anything! Or it’s a gray seal.
